Memberships may be “frozen” for no less than one week and no more than two months.

Activates on date of purchase. Does not auto-renew. Month Member passes cannot be suspended or frozen, but we at Thrive can work with individual clients to resolve any unforeseen emergencies or circumstances. Please plan ahead before purchasing this type of pass.
MULTI-USE PASSES
Multi-use passes can be used for all Thrive classes and can be shared. These passes activate on the date of purchase. Passes purchased after January 1, 2023 do not expire as long as Thrive is in business.
VISITOR PASSES
Visitor passes are available only for short-term clients who do not reside in Santa Fe county and are in town just to visit. Out-of-State IDs are one of several ways to verify that you are a visitor to Santa Fe. Other proof of travel may be accepted, such as a flight itinerary, hotel booking confirmation, or Airbnb reservation showing the guest’s name and dates of stay. Visitor passes activate on the date of the first visit.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
All sales are final; no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a Santa Fe Thrive class package. If you choose not to continue your Santa Fe Thrive class package, you are not eligible for a refund.
All merchandise sales are final. Refunds for merchandise will only be provided in the form of a store credit or exchange in the case of a fault. No refunds for cash.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Santa Fe Thrive LLC and all its facilities and staff reserve the right to refuse service to clients who violate our policies and practices, create an environment detrimental to a positive experience to all our clientele or engage in disruptive and disrespectful behavior at our facilities or with other clients or staff.
