SUMMARY:
The Studio Coordinator (SC) at Santa Fe Thrive LLC (“Thrive” or “The Company”) provides full administrative and operational support to the Studio Manager (SM) and their team. This is a part-time position requiring flexible availability. At first, we are specifically looking for weekend coverage. In time, some of the hour requirements may change, depending on studio needs. Upon hire, the SC will undergo a 90-day trial period, at the end of which an evaluation will be conducted by the Owner and/or SM, and the ongoing working relationship will be re-assessed. The scope and responsibilities of this position may change as The Company continues to evolve or as operational circumstances dictate. This position comes with long-term growth potential in areas of interest to each individual, as relevant to the scope of the Thrive project.
STRUCTURE AND SCOPE:
The SC is part of the Studio Team and to an extent part of the Admin Team. The SC reports directly to the SM. The SC collaborates closely with other studio staff and has primary and supporting responsibilities in the following areas:
Studio shift coverage
Studio opening and closing duties
Development of the position
Sales and customer service
Administrative assistance
Inventory
Marketing
Research and development
Community outreach
Retail
Client relations
Client account management
Studio staff recruiting, training and oversight
Facilities upkeep and maintenance
Supplies and equipment
GENERAL SCOPE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The primary role of the SC is to provide studio coverage, and support the SM, SCs and instructors in all operational tasks related to facilities upkeep, service and product and sales, staff training and customer service. Of particular importance is the job of developing the position for which they are hired, as this is part of the ongoing administrative and operational evolution at Thrive. The SC will be assigned main areas of focus, which may change in time, and will overlap in other areas with other SCs and studio staff.
The SC provides administrative support in management meetings, staff meetings and events inside and outside the normal schedule of operations at Thrive.
Additional duties include training and oversight of support staff (Work Trade), coordination and maintenance of schedules, task lists, desk tasks, inventory management, marketing support, special event support, community outreach, research and development, and development/maintenance of documents for workflows, practices and procedures.
The SC is expected to participate in Thrive’s scheduled and extracurricular activities, including attending classes, workshops and other events. They are expected to become fully informed about Thrive products and services, pricing schemes, schedules, practices, and other important information necessary to perform their duties fully. They are also expected to constantly educate themselves about yoga, indoor cycling and topics about our services and modalities and their physical and mental fitness benefits. As a member of the Thrive staff, the SC is expected to abide by the principles and core mission of The Company, to act in good faith as its full-time representative both inside and outside Thrive facilities, and to perform their duties to the standards of excellence we have established.

TIME REQUIREMENTS, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
This position requires flexible availability to adjust to studio coverage needs. The individual filling this position must be willing and able to provide additional coverage in coordination with other staff when needed for vacation, illness, or other circumstances, including emergencies and last-minute situations. We are currently looking to fill 12 to 17 hours per week. At this time we are looking specifically for coverage on weekday evenings and weekends.
Compensation for this position is set up in a monthly pay scheme that includes guaranteed paid sick leave and paid time off. Pay is commensurate with experience and will be discussed at the time of a job offer.
