Join Thrive Co-Founder Mira Valeria for this special one-time class.

This all-levels post-holiday class is all about opening the hips and shoulders. We build into a slow flow, focusing on breath cadence to enhance the meditative quality of the practice. We will then transition back to the ground for a long sequence that opens the full circumference of hip and shoulder joints. Part (moderate) effort, part relaxation, all juicy!
