Thrive’s inaugural yoga teacher training will be a space for all the above and more! Beginning January 2020, Thrive will be hosting its first Yoga Alliance certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Co-Facilitated by in-house Thrive teachers: Amy Jane Banfield & Julie Reynolds. This training opportunity will leave you with yogic knowledge, energetic understanding, blueprints of how to plan a yoga class and much much more. There will be guest teachers for selected modules of the training.
