ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
Erin Cave grew up in Overland Park, Kansas then spread her wings across the U.S. with significant time in Chicago and San Francisco, landing in Santa Fe in 2018. Dance and athletics were a large part of her life growing up, which then shifted to marathons and triathlons as an adult. In 2008, Erin found indoor cycling in Seattle in an effort to dodge outdoor workouts on rainy, dark days, and fell in love with the sport. She served as Cycle for Survival Team Captain for 6 years in the Bay Area and finds joy and purpose by serving others and giving back to the community.

The music element and the cardiovascular challenge of indoor cycling are therapeutic for her, and she strives to create that same outlet for her students through her classes. One of her favorite cycling quotes is, “Pedal hard, or hardly pedal”, and encourages her students to show up, listen to their bodies and cycle to the level that challenges them personally. She also believes that finishing is winning, and that everyone can be a winner — showing up is the first step. Her classes are beat-based, with music as a central element of class design.

Laura Wheeler is an only child, karaoke-loving, cancer sun sign who grew up in Kansas City, and is now settling into Santa Fe after a nomadic life in Austin, Seattle, and DC.

Understanding that our journeys and relationships with a healthy lifestyle are all unique, she became a cycle instructor to help people remove negative barriers and find joy in physical activity.

Laura has taken her background in corporate leadership training now into fitness, creating high-energy and inspirational cycling classes for all levels.

Her motto: The greatest wealth, is health!

Laura’s classes are beat-based, with music as a central element of class design.

Thrive will provide you with a letter certifying your charitable contribution after the August 24th event has been completed.
