Would you like to release blockages and create focused flow for the New Year? This workshop will help you facilitate that.
Breathwork, different than pranayama, called "conscious circular breathwork technique" will take you on a journey (some compare it to plant medicine). It increases oxygen in the body, which facilitates healing through releasing stuck traumatic residue, stress, and issues in our tissues. Studies have shown that breathwork alleviates anxiety, increases clarity, creativity, and deep contentment.
Before breathwork there will be a discussion on how to identify blockages, release them, and create focused flow, self inquiry through journaling, and partner work. Afterwards, Barrett will guide you through a visualization and meditation to facilitate focused flow. The workshop will close with an opportunity to share about what you intend to embody after this sacred experience.
