WHAT ARE THE COVID-19 STUDIO POLICIES?

  • Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 hours in advance to avoid charges. 1 hour if you are on a wait list.

  • We are observing mandates by NM Health Authorities.

  • Yoga mat required for all classes in the yoga room. We rent mats.

  • If you see the “Call Studio” message, it is because classes are open for sign up only 10 days in advance.

  • Pricing options are temporarily limited. Check our pricing page for information.

  • Please do not sign up for class If you are feeling ill or may have been exposed to any contagious disease.

  • Masks wearing is voluntary. Please use your best judgement for yourself and others to reduce the spread of airborne diseases.

TIMELINESS AND DOOR POLICIES

  • No late admittance. Arriving exactly at time of class constitutes lateness. No exceptions.

  • Please be on a mat or bike at least 5 minutes before class start time.

  • We go by our door clock, which is synchronized to official US time.

STUDIO RULES

  • Mobile device use permitted in silent mode only.

  • No device usage for texting or calls in cycle/yoga rooms.

  • No street shoes allowed in the Cycle Room

  • No shoes allowed in the Yoga Room

  • Thrive reserves the right to cancel any class due to inclement weather, instructor illness or low attendance. In the event of a class cancelation by Thrive, your client account will be credited for the class.

  • No unattended minors are allowed at the studio at any time.

  • We do not allow for class observation. All individuals in the room must be participants.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We take our responsibility of providing a pleasant experience for every client extremely seriously. Please report to management any incidences of inappropriate, unwelcome or unpleasant behavior, demeanor, words or actions.

THRIVE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose demeanor and use of our facilities goes against our policies and practices, engages in disruptive, unpleasant or disrespectful behavior within the studio, or creates an environment detrimental to a positive wellness experience for everyone.

DOES THRIVE HAVE SHOWERS?

We offer complimentary showers and towel service. Please leave our bathroom facilities like you would like to find them after use.

You may sign up via this website, or through the MindBody app.

CAN I PAY WITH A CHECK?

Sorry, we do not accept checks for payment.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you cancel your reservations at least 3 hours before class time in order to keep your pass. If you are on a wait list, you must cancel at least 1 hour before class time.

WHAT IS YOUR INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY?

In general, Thrive follows the Santa Fe Public School system; if the schools are canceled or on a two hour delay, early morning classes will be canceled and the studio will open at 8am. Whenever classes are canceled, MindBodyOnline schedule will reflect these cancelations. Participants pre-registered for canceled classes will be early-cancelled and class credit will remain unused.

WHAT KIND OF PEDAL CLIPS DO YOUR BIKES HAVE?

We use Schwinn® bikes that can be used with SPD clips and regular tennis shoes that can go on our pedal built-in cages with straps.

CAN MY KIDS WAIT AT THE STUDIO WHILE I AM IN CLASS?

Thrive does not provide childcare. Thrive reserves the right to allow minors to use our facilities upon discretion of management and after an adult parent or guardian has signed a waiver. Children under 14 must take class accompanied by adult parent or guardian. Adult parent or guardian is fully responsible for child at all times. No unattended children are allowed at the studio at any time.

IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes, as a courtesy, we keep found items in our back room for a short period of time. Thrive reserves the right to dispose of items deemed unsafe or unsanitary. Thrive is not responsible for any lost or damaged items that clients choose to bring into the studio. We strongly encourage clients to leave all valuables in their vehicles or at home. During the current public health crisis, you must leave all belongings that are not for class use in your vehicle.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All sales are final; no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a Santa Fe Thrive class package. If you choose not to continue your Santa Fe Thrive class package, you are not eligible for a refund. Class passes expire one year after purchase. Unlimited Passes and Memberships are valid through specified time period.

All merchandise sales are final. Refunds for merchandise will only be provided in the form of a store credit or exchange in the case of a fault. No refunds for cash.
