Athletes are flocking to yoga as a way to prevent injuries, increase flexibility, strength, range of motion, mental focus and much more. Yoga is thousands of years old but the field of sports conditioning is just getting on board. In this workshop you will learn how to implement basic yoga poses, principles and practices into conditioning specific to the needs of a cyclist.
