All of us are impacted by the energies around and within us all of the time. Lower vibrational energies can show up as repetitive thought and behavioral patterns, relationships and habits that deplete our energy, or feelings of anxiety, exhaustion, or depression. This event is geared towards anyone who is an empath, is sensitive or highly-emotional, who has trouble setting good boundaries, or who feels disconnected or lost. This work is imperative to our wellness, and that of our collective communities and families.
Through many years as an empath who lived in a state of anxiety, Abby turned to wisdom traditions from around the world to get aligned with her higher self, and to learn practices that support wellbeing and inner harmony. Weaving together knowledge from over 15 years as a spiritual practitioner and energy worker, Abby will share the practices that she has learned and developed to heal and protect herself from external negative energies.
This special event will weave together movement practices from yoga, breathing and meditation techniques, lecture/discussion, oracle deck pulls, and journaling.
