Join Abby for this special 2-Hour class which gives us time to explore poses that we don't normally have time for in a 60 or 75 minute class. With extra time to warm up and prepare the body, we will dive deeply into more complex and challenging breathing practices and postures.
Expect to learn! Abby will pull from over 15 years as a yoga teacher and practitioner, massage therapist, energy worker, and spiritual mentor to weave together this Master Class. She will take the time to teach important foundational principles of anatomy, functional movement, and yoga philosophy that directly relate to the physical practice.
