Do you hold tension or pent up emotion in your body? Would you like a safe space to feel it to heal it to create more energy, creativity, and clarity? This workshop will help you facilitate that.
Breathwork, different than pranayama, called "conscious circular breathwork technique" will take you on a journey (some compare it to plant medicine). It increases oxygen in the body, which facilitates healing through releasing stuck traumatic residue, stress, and issues in our tissues. Studies have shown that breathwork alleviates anxiety, increases clarity, creativity, and deep contentment.
Before breathwork, there will be a discussion on how to somatically process e-motion (which is simply energy in motion) so that you can make space for joy, peace, and creativity. You will also do self-inquiry through journaling and partner work. After breathwork, Barrett will guide you through a visualization meditation to facilitate feeling and healing. We will close with an opportunity to share and what you intend to embody after this sacred experience.
